A demonstration morning is being held on Tuesday 3rd August at Bedgebury Park using their new facilities for an 11am start.  The event will support the "reaching children through horses" Emile Faurie Foundation.  An excellent demonstration has been lined up with Jason and Dan handling two very excitable colts, one who is recently backed and has never been to an event before!  We will also be showing our ground handling techniques using a 2 year old who has never left the property and has very little handling - this could prove interesting in front of an audience on his first outing!  This demonstration is concentrating on taking young horses out for the first time and how to handle them safely.

Safe, sensible and well trained 16.2hh elegant dark bay 9-y-o Westphalian mare (Davignon & Langraff lines).  Diva has three extravagant correct paces and is currently working advanced medium with an established change, she also has good lateral work, extension and collection. Currently still in elementary points (178). She has an excellent competition record (search Dolce Vita II on BD website) and regularly scores over 70% up to elementary.

Competition Highlights include: Pet plan Prelim Final at the Winter Championships 2008 (with very nervous rider), 12^th at the National 6-y-o Final at Addington in 2007, qualified for the Regionals (2007,2008, 2009) at novice and elementary (summer and winter), represented Argentina at Hartpury CPDI 2009 as grade 1a ride.

She is also very talented over a fence, bold and careful but as yet untapped potential as never competed BS. She would jump round a BN track tomorrow as all the groundwork has been done. Never hots up or silly, she is excellent clip, catch, box, shoe etc. Hacks alone and in company, not nappy but is not 100% in heavy traffic on her own but is fine in company.  Very kind sweet natured mare who is not in the least bit mareish, she regularly travels with our stallion and takes no notice of him at all (much to his disappointment!).  Easy on the flat; but to ride more advanced movements you need to be a competent, accurate rider. She would be ideally suited a talented rider or young rider on a budget wishing to purchase a quality mare with talent.  Alternatively she could be downgraded to suit a less experienced or nervous rider wishing to excel at lower level affiliated competition where she happily take someone back up the ranks.

Hayselden Echo is a 9 year old stunning dappled grey, Connemara mare.  Sire: Calla boy, Dam: Cleggan Star.  She is a great all rounder who is yet to reach her full potential and is now ready to excel in any sphere.  She has a natural scopey jump, fantastic uphill paces and great conformation.  She is well schooled on the flat and has been placed in many dressage competitions/ championships including riding club teams.  Echo has done all pony club events and has been shown in WHP and flat classes, with great results.  Hacks alone or in company. Has been XC schooling.  She has always been ridden in a snaffle and has never been strong.  Echo is also an excellent broodmare and has produced a stunning filly two years ago who is still with us (photos can be seen).  She has a wonderful nature and is brilliant with all the family including children and dogs.  Good to box, clip, catch, in traffic and with the farrier.  Happy to live in or out. Wears a fly rug in the summer as can get a bit itchy.

This year we are holding one of the longest running Horse Shows in London.  It would be fabulous to see you there....... Who doesn't want a picture of you and your horse with the back drop of The Serpentine and Hyde Park. Bonfleur Cross Country Course, Linton Nr. Maidstone, is open 7 days a week for schooling. We have a wide range of obstacles ranging from 1’6 to 3’6. New fences for this year include the bank complex, with routes across it to suit 2’, 2’6 and 3’6 levels. We now have over 70 fences including plenty of combination fences, banks and 5 ditches. The course is well suited for tuition with large parts of the course being in view from one position.

There is a charge of £15 per horse and booking is required.  We are used by several riding and pony clubs for their training/ schooling days. I have owned horses most of my life, so experienced home and I am actively looking for a 15 to 16.2HH horse.  Just a long shot, but thought I would put the word out there!

I am looking for a forward going, but safe and sensible horse who is not a rearer, bucker or bolter and not spooky.  I like local show jumping, cross country, dressage and hacking, so must be positive and forward thinking and happy to hack alone and in company, not strong or fizzy.  Good to load, clip, shoe and catch and no vices and no serious injuries or illnesses or previous ones.

I am in West Sussex now but used to live in Horley, Surrey and have ridden in Walton on the Hill on the Downs previously and brought our horse to the Open Summer shows!

We have a fantastic yard with lovely facilities and the owners live on site so there is always support and back-up if required, our liveries are very friendly and the yard has a nice atmosphere.  We are now looking for a part-time groom to assist with one weekend day - Sunday and to cover for bank holidays/staff holidays.  We are a great employer and we have lots of social events that the groom is always welcome to attend as well as our coffee mornings and events that we hold.  Our grooms regularly bring their own horses to our clinic afternoons as a treat for all their hard work.
 
All we ask is that you are an experienced horse person, very capable and confident handling youngsters, have extremely high standards of care, able to have sole charge when the yard is closed at weekends, able to offer support to our liveries and good customer service.  There is riding (exercising of our own and our livery horses - not our training horses do not worry!) if the groom would like it, however if a good non riding groom came along we would still be very interested as the high standards of care is the priority for us.  Start ASAP.

A fun forward going youngster, currently ridden and hunted by a 15yr old boy, with the potential to be a brilliant allround RC/PC horse.

Eager to learn and to please, he has a lovely soft mouth and rides forward and off the leg, and although he is forward thinking he is never strong and is snaffle mouthed at all times. He has been SJ, going clear over 1m tracks, and XC schooling, jumping everything up to open 3ft3 height inc. ditches, hedges and water.

He has hunted this season with the OSB&WK, is beautifully behaved at the meet and in the field, and is proving to be brave and bold across country jumping everything that has been asked of him without hesitation and without a lead.

He is hacked out regularly both alone and in company, and is used to traffic, tractors, children, dogs, footballs etc!! He is lovely and easy to handle and is straightforward to catch, clip, shoe, load etc, and travels fine with company in either a trailer or a lorry.

This super youngster is completely unspoilt and is ready to be brought on in any sphere by the right rider in an experienced knowledgeable home where he really can reach his full potential.
